Our whole experience was incredible, thanks to the amazing team. Zoe was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond to any questions and made sure all the details of our trip were taken care of—leaving us to just enjoy the journey. Both Frank and Hanna were outstanding guides! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time at every stop, from the Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou to the charming Shantang Street in Suzhou. The driver was also excellent, navigating through the cities with ease. This trip was well-organized and stress-free, thanks to the dedication of everyone involved. Highly recommend!
