We were a group of five—two seniors and three middle-aged adults—and we absolutely loved this tour. From start to finish, everything was handled so smoothly. Our guide John met us in the hotel lobby right on time, holding a clear sign. He was professional, patient with my elderly parents, and full of fascinating stories about each site.
The highlight for me was Mutianyu Great Wall. We took the cable car both ways, which was a relief for my mom. The view was breathtaking and the area was much quieter than I expected.
Our driver was courteous and the van was very clean and comfortable, which made the longer drives pleasant. We even made a quick stop at the Bird’s Nest for photos before heading back.
