After lunch, our guide will accompany you to the Sacred Way, a prominent attraction associated with the Ming Tombs. Located in Changping County, approximately 50 kilometers (31 miles) northwest of Beijing's urban area, the Sacred Way is an integral part of the Ming Dynasty's tomb complex (1368-1644). It features thirteen imperial mausoleums, seven tombs for concubines, and a grave for eunuchs, collectively representing the dynasty's burial customs and traditions. Your guide will provide detailed insights into the history and significance of each tomb, enriching your visit with stories of the Ming emperors and the architectural marvels of their final resting places. Explore the majestic avenues lined with stone sculptures and statues, each symbolizing spiritual guardians and ceremonial significance. This visit offers a profound glimpse into China's imperial history and the legacy of one of its most illustrious dynasties, ensuring a memorable cultural experience during your tour.

Our trip advisor-Vivian, from Chinabeijingprivatetour, organized an amazing luxury trip for my family. We had private guides and drivers throughout our trip to Beijing & Xian. The itinerary was excellent and well planned to ensure we saw the highlights in each city.
