We had such an incredible week exploring Shanghai and Beijing! Loved strolling through the Old French Concession and Tianzifang — so full of charm and character. Zhujiajiao Water Town was super peaceful, definitely a highlight in Shanghai.

In Beijing, the Forbidden City and the Great Wall totally blew us away. Standing on the Wall at Mutianyu was one of those "wow" moments you never forget. Everything was super well-organized from start to finish, and the high-speed train between cities made traveling so easy.

Overall, an unforgettable trip full of history, culture, and amazing sights!

We just wrapped up 6 days in Beijing and it honestly couldn’t have gone better. The Forbidden City completely lived up to the hype — it’s massive and full of stories, just standing there made us feel like we were stepping back in time. Jingshan Park was a nice surprise too, the view over the Forbidden City from the top was unreal.

Our favorite day, no doubt, was Simatai Great Wall and Gubei Water Town. Hiking the Wall during sunset felt magical — way less crowded than other parts of the Wall and the views were just stunning. Then chilling at Gubei Water Town in the evening with all the lights was like being in a movie.

Also loved exploring the local morning market — seeing everyday life up close was super refreshing after all the big landmarks. 798 Art Zone was another cool spot, full of creative energy.

Big thanks to our guide and driver — everything was smooth, and we always felt taken care of. This trip gave us so many memories, already thinking about coming back one day!

I’m so glad I decided to book the private Badaling Great Wall helicopter tour, even though it was a last-minute decision. I contacted Zoe just the day before, and she was super accommodating, letting me know that it was still possible to arrange the tour. I was really relieved and excited!

The weather that day was perfect – clear skies and beautiful views. The aerial view of the Great Wall was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like something out of a movie! The landscape from the helicopter was incredibly majestic and awe-inspiring – seeing the Great Wall stretch across the mountains was a sight I’ll never forget.

Our guide, John, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and made sure everything went smoothly. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole experience even better.

I just had the best one-day trip from Beijing to Xi'an, and everything went so smoothly, thanks to Bonnie’s great planning. The driver was right on time at the hotel and made sure I got to the train station without any hassle. Since I was traveling solo, I was a bit worried about finding the guide when I arrived in Xi'an, but Bonnie made sure everything was clear and easy.

When I got to Xi'an, the guide was super friendly and easy to spot. We went straight to the Terracotta Army, which was just incredible – honestly, I was blown away by how massive and detailed everything was. The guide made the whole experience even better by sharing some fascinating stories and history.

Absolutely breathtaking!!! If you visit Beijing, this is a must-see without a doubt. The Great Wall at Badaling is like nothing else you will ever experience — one of the true wonders of the world. The views are out of this world, stretching endlessly over the mountains. It's impossible not to be amazed by the history and the incredible engineering behind it. Every step along the Wall feels like walking through time.

After the Wall, we visited Dingling Tomb, which was equally fascinating. Exploring the underground palace, with its centuries-old stone chambers and rich history, was a unique experience. It felt so peaceful and awe-inspiring to stand inside something built so long ago.

Both sites were unforgettable — truly the highlight of our trip to Beijing!
