I am serious and responsible, have the strong sense of responsibility, good at speaking English. My friends said that I am a passionate person, it’s true. I like make friends, lots of my customers become my friends after the tour. I am an easy-going tour guide with the good communication skills. I am good at singing as well, it often makes my friends & guests feel relax and happy.

My Hobby
I am a person who like reading & watching movies. Reading is a very important in my life, I can find lots of interesting things through my books. I learn some western cultures by watching movies, and it is good way to make my English more like a native speaker. Swimming is also one of my hobbies, a great way to strength my body. I like to join some social charity events, try some meaningful things in my life.

My Story
I studied in Beijing Jiaotong University for 4 years, majored in Tourism English. Later, I went to Vancouver, Canada for three years to learn and improve my English.

Since I was a university student, I love to travel to different part of China and choose to stay at a guesthouse. I traveled to many places before I am a tour guide. All those experiences are my precious treasures to become a tour guide. In the year of 2015, I went to USA for a half year study, I got very nice treated by local people. It helped a lot for my oral English.

I was a part time tour guide when I study in Vancouver, there were many Chinese come to visit there. It taught how to serve the tourists. As a local tour guide in Beijing now, I get lots of excellent feedbacks from my guests. One person is deep in my mind, he came from Canada who has the walking problem, the tour in Beijing with lots of walking. When I took him to visit the Mutianyu Great Wall, he worried about himself to climb up to the wall. I arrange the cable car for him (original not included) to make his way to visit the wall much easier. I tried my best to let him to visit in the easiest way. We felt like friend because I have the experience of studying in Canada. Just because of this little thing, he wrote a praise letter to our company. After that, he recommended many of his friends to visit Beijing & ask for me to be the tour guide. I personally think that a little thing can affect my work & life.

My Tips for Beijing Shopping
I am a female tour guide who knows the best shopping area in Beijing and what to buy here. Shopping in Beijing is mainly about hitting the street markets or mega shopping malls. Virtually without exception, bargaining is the norm here and you should not even feel awkward when asking for a discount in a swanky, fixed-price store. Wangfujing and Xidan are the main shopping areas in the city and are near the center. Some popular shopping area in Beijing includes Wangfujing, Xidan, Silk Market, Panjiayuan Antique Market, Nanlupguxiang Hutong area.

Most markets require you to haggle. Of course, you don't have to but you will end up paying way over the odds if you don't. Just about everything is marked up considerably and you should aim for about 30 percent of the asking price. Be aware that returns and warranties are practically non-existent and that credit cards are rarely accepted away from the main stores. Souvenirs and Chinese antiques are good buys in Beijing, while leather and silk items - both at the markets and in the main stores -? are also hugely popular. In addition, Beijing is also big into fakes and if you are after some cheap goods, there are copied garments galore here.
