Juyongguan Great Wall is located in a canyon 20 kilometers north of Changping County in Beijing, 60 kilometers from the center of Beijing and 20 kilometers from Badaling Great Wall.

Public transportation is available to Juyongguan Great Wall, but requires at least one transfer.Here we listed some of the public transportation:

1) Take the Subway Line 13 and get off at Longze Station in Changping District, take the shuttle bus No.68 and you will get there.
2) Take the Badaling Expressway and take the Juyongguan Pass Exit.
3) Take Buses No.1,2, 3, 4, 5, 919 and get off at Juyongguang Pass Station.

1)Lush plants
The plants around the great wall of Juyongguan have always been a feature here. Spring is full of flowers, summer is full of green, autumn is full of red leaves, winter is like a painting.

2)Ancient Cannons
Juyongguan is not only an important gateway for the northern region to enter Beijing, but also an important guarantee against the invasion of Huns in ancient times. There are many ancient cannons built on the wall to prevent the invasion of nomadic people in the north.

Juyongguan Great Wall has always been a popular attractions, you'd better leave your hotel at about 7:00 and get there by 9:00am, so you can avoid crowds.

As the most famous and best-preserved section, Badaling is a must-see for first-time visitors to China, and is highly recommended to visitors on normal days. In constrast, the well-preserved Juyongguan is a nice choice during some big holidays to avoid crowds.
